Colin Sandy runs Sandy Audio Visual LLC (SAV) with his wife Carla. SAV specializes in producing live Internet broadcasts, encoder rentals and consulting. Colin is also a part-time college professor and member of the DC bar.
Rachel Torgoff is a producer, editor, and production manager with a passion for storytelling and experience crafting films and videos on topics of culture, the arts, history, and the human condition. If she’s not on location or in the edit suite, look for her at the Library of Congress, where — thanks to her reputation for tenacity — clients often tap her to search the archives for rare footage or historical stills.

Brian Wilbur Grundstrom's compositions for film, orchestra, musical theater, opera, chorus, piano, and chamber ensembles demonstrate an innovative use of harmony and melody, which although firmly rooted in the tonal tradition is entirely new. Audiences take to his compositions immediately, finding in his compositions traces of Aaron Copland, Kurt Weill and Samuel Barber. Grundstrom recently won Outstanding Emerging Artist from the DC Commission on the Arts, and is currently working on an opera for Hemingway’s For Whom the Bell Tolls. Based in Northern Virginia, Rodney Mitchell actively participates in film/music activities engaging with creatives locally and around the world on collaborative activities and event programming. Credited twice on IMDB for feature film starring Dean Cain “Superman”, Steve Guttenberg “Police Academy” and “Cocoon”. Instrumental in bringing first to DC, UK’s visionary Simeon Quarrie (VIVIDA Photo and Cinema) to the GVEXPO to record breaking crowds, Other projects include music production work on the Beach Boys 50th Anniversary World Tour, Sydney Australia; Miami based, “Jam Cruise” live music festivals featuring performing artists such as Bruce Hornsby, Bootsy Collins, Ivan Neville, Trombone Shorty, John Oates, Stanley Jordan and more. Active supporter of NABshow aerial robotics and drone pavilion, FMC, Creative Pro User Groups (DMVCPUG), Adobe User Groups, NAB SUPERMEET activities, and regional DMV activities.
PJ Barbour: Video Producer, Multimedia Producer, Photographer. With a career spanning 20 years, PJ has worked professionally in a variety of creative and technical industries. Including, television news studio operations, audio-visual for conventions and shows, wedding photography and videography, live video streaming, and video production. He has experience in the private sector, with the government, and in the non-profit industries. He currently provides the video and multimedia services for a small trade association in Alexandria and takes on freelance work when his schedule allows. Essentially an independent film producer, PJ has experience in virtually every aspect of production: from the storyboarding and scripting, to the HDSLR video shoots including lighting, to the post production including using more advanced tools such as Adobe After Effects. PJ resides in Arlington with his cat. And continues to play soccer even at his advanced age.
Dylan Hintz is a Montgomery County born-and-bred actor, stunt performer, fight choreographer, and media producer. He co-founded and has operated the DC Stunt Coalition since 2011. His acting and fight performance career started with Six Flags America's 2009 stunt show, and continued with stunt s and coordination for local independent productions such as At Last, Ninjas Vs. Monsters, Swords of Insurgency, and THICK. In 2013 he joined SAG-AFTRA, and has since performed stunts on television shows such as "AMC'S TURN: Washington's Spies", "Banshee", "Outsiders", "House of Cards", and stunt doubling a lead actor on the film BLACK MASS. His media production experience includes employment as a production technician with Montgomery Community Media, and camera operation at the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage. With the DCSC, he regularly runs training sessions every Sunday, utilizing its resources to produce live action stunt shows and workshops for conventions, as well as videos for various clients. A growing reputation through the DMV of both Dylan and the DCSC has lead to drawing in talented teachers of various movement arts to train quality stunt people for local stage and screen productions, and help aspiring stuntees and action actors get their start in an incredibly challenging and competitive industry.
Sarah Olscamp is an award-winning independent film producer excited to join the TIVA Board. She currently works in the public sector and enjoys part-time shooting and editing short films about NIH (National Institutes of Health) research. In her free time, she enjoys attending local film meetups to network with other local filmmakers and playing recreational kickball and dodgeball.
Montserrat Gorina-Ysern transitioned to digital film making in 2012 following two successful careers in law and languages in three continents. She is an independent video and short producer, founder and director of Montserrat Gorina-Ysern, LLC, and of Healthy Children-Healthy Oceans Foundation. She draws on forty years in the legal field in Barcelona (Spain), Cambridge (U.K), Melbourne and Sydney (Australia), where she was the first woman of non-English speaking background to be awarded a PhD in international law in 1996 for her thesis. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in law from Catalan universities, and has a record of international publications in the legal field (including two monographs). Additionally, Montserrat leans for her subtitled projects on thirty years as Spanish language accredited and certified court interpreter and translator.
Pete Estrada is an EMMY Award winning photographer and film director based out of Washington, DC. He has spent most of his adult life telling visual stories for Broadcast, Corporate and Commercial clients. Pete specializes in Fashion, Lifestyle Portraits as well as Glamour and Street Photography. He travels to NYC, Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico to capture the right images for his clients. Pete was born and raised in the Bronx, NYC and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
